Monk screwed a lot of people, I think the SEC Complaint makes that abundantly clear. I came to this conclusion a long time ago and did what I could about it. This whole Monk saga has been a learning experience and one I will not soon forget. While the SEC only mentions one other person who seems to have helped, I find it hard to believe that others were not involved in some way shape or form and profited off what they knew Monk was doing. I don't have any evidence of this, it's purely speculation on my part but there were other "inner circles" in other stocks - were some of those people involved? I'm not accusing anyone of knowlingly contributing to the deception and the fraud but I am certainly glad that the investigation is ongoing and I hope they let us know more about it in the near future. I hope that this provides at least some level of closure for those who were scammed; I know it does for me. I am so very grateful to those people who do their best to warn people everyday about the nefarious nature of the con artists that are so prevalent in the pink sheet and OTC markets. Sometimes money clouds your judgement: I would encourage everyone who even thinks about dabbling in the pink sheets to carefully review the case study that is Monk and invest wisely. People like him are a dime a dozen in these markets - he got caught but how many others don't and continue to perpetrate their crimes on an unsuspecting and naive investing public. Listen to the "Bashers" the "Naysayers" and the people who are ridiculed ad nauseum on these boards for trying to crush the little company and the poor CEO. I certainly wish I had...and I do now.
