I bought 4 turkey tenderloins on a real good sale, mainly with sandwiches in mind. I froze two and marinated the other two in lemon and garlic. I put a fraction of the wood charcoal in the grill and let them go for about an hour and fifteen. Cooking that low and slow I only went out every 10-15 minutes to flip and brush and went back inside. Eazy - peazy.
Moist, tender and very flavorful, I may not make it to sandwiches this week, lol. Thinking on a different marinade for the two frozen ones, any ideas anyone?
