I miss reading your great comments on ECDC. The company is doing a great job. Kay is a great CEO. What is your take on the Ironridge deal. I think it is a good deal. According to the write up offered by Kay, Ironridge can't sell their Common stock until the pps goes over 200%. Apparently, Ironridge is helping to fund Wetwinds and pay off some accounts payable.
