Excellent post and I pray that is what is happening so the great investors win. I will be watching closely to see what is really up. If I see no signs of any dilution I will get back in.

Remeber that Ironridge cant have more than 10% of the O/S so best believe that the A/S was increased so that more funding could come to ECDC. My bet is that by the next 10q we will be at 1billion on the O/S and that will have given ironridgeanother 100 million shares for finacing. Like with the other deals he will put a hold on the dumping for two weeks and let the price rise then he will all shares to be put into the market. Cant make much money from down here. Look for this to go back to the 0.008 to 0.01 range over the next month if you are looking for an exit strategy. This thing never runs on news, always during random times that no one can figure out. Its funny to see that some of us left the building after the share increase came out and havent come back. Never believe anyone that is always pumping, just read the finacials.
