What is it about increasing AS shows dilution? Can anyone please educate me. Am I in a different world or does it seem nobody on this board read the 8K on the Ironridge transaction? It clearly require that ECDC maintain a minimum of 2Bl in authorized shares. Why is everybody jumping off the bridge. Please sell your shares I am waiting to load up. Did everyone on this board think the deal was good for ECDC cash flow then?

You cant eat your cake and have it. The PPS forecast by Ludlow was based on that Ironridge transaction. What is it about a development stage penny with revenue growing new contract coming up that makes someone says the company is going under
