I want everyone including Brent Johnson to re-read the latest news release, Clarification May 16, 2012...there are some positives, some unknowns and then some "why" are we still stating that !!
"Each of Barrick Gold Corporation and Jorge Lopehandia allege to own the Mina Pascua
Property and that alleged ownership is the subject of litigation which commenced in
Santiago, Chile on March 4, 2001 and which is ongoing”
I was told in writing in this very same press release by the President and CEO of Mountainstar Gold formerly Mountain West Resources Inc. that Jorge “owns” Mina Pascua under title.
“AMARILLO SUR and AMARILLO NORTE, (the “2011 Amarillo Claims”, restituted
claims filed in 2011, title in name of “J.R. Lopehandia”,-Optioned by MSX, 2011
Oh but then Mr Johnson states …
“If the Optionor fails to provide clear title, then all funds provided by the Company become
refundable. On the other hand, if for some other reason, the Company fails to exercise
either the purchase right or the option, then all amounts paid to the Optionor become nonrefundable”
What in tarnation is he trying to tell us ….in one paragraph he states that Jorge Lopehandia owns Pascua and then writes “If” the Optionor fails to provide clear title ...well what is it Mr Johnson
The only thing “which is ongoing” is the fact that we the investors of Mountainstar Gold Inc are being totally left in a state of confusion by these inept press releases ….Imagine an investor who has never heard of Mountainstar Gold and just happened upon the story or heard it from a friend of a friend ...one read and they would simply say, this is not for me !!
Lets get the story straight Mountainstar Gold, it's time to shine !!
