neverending - don't rely on that markman -

one of my past jobs in law was to review law and technology cases related to legislation and other issues -

thus i am good at reviewing this complex stuff - i used to read up on the technology become expert at it whatever it is - then analyze the case and the judge's ruling -

many, many times i used to review very poorly written opinions involving technology - VERY POORLY crafted "descisions"

This markamn fits into that catagory - poorly crafted wherein the judge actually contradicts herself numerous times -

it will not stand if and when they try that again -
