NIRC issued for the 774 as I predicted. It appears that the USPTO agreed with the 774 amendments. It will help the shareprice but imo because of the no RAM limitation from the CO District court it wont matter in the long run. Just look at the hell PTSC has had trying to get paid for IP and you will see the long road you are on. Still need a Markman.
