I read the Markman ruling several times and it actually makes sense. Aside from not liking it because it went against our interests why dont you point out where it went wrong? Even though so many have so much in this stock nobody seems able to discuss the specifics of the ruling. Some even called it a "non-ruling". I actually think most investors have not read it.
Mrkool...I would love to discuss where you state the markman judge contradicted herself numerous times. I actually found the judge to be completely thorough and everywhere she ruled she provided reasons and backed by case law that she provided. There was one issue I had with her ruling regarding the processed sound signals but the big item the no ram I completely agreed. If you know edigs patent that was the huge claim for this company that they used flash as a substitute for ram. for years sthe tech guurs hyped that of course until the markman then theyi knew in order for 774 to have any value they needed to totally flip flop on what they had been saying for years was edigs value.
So again I would love to have a reasonable discussion over your statement that the judge contradicted herself several times. Just need to know exactly what contradictions you are talkingnabout. 2 will do.
