And how do you propose that I sell the stock I own in INCA to move to a new broker... Would you like to purchase 40M shares from all of my investors Zecco accounts? Inca is priced under .10 a share and Zecco uses Penson. I am stuck until these guys make a move and get the PPS to a respectible level! Or do a MASSIVE RS, which is the more likely scenario.
