olddog967-- I hope you are right. I was thinking that since the I Pad 2 is a 4g lte device that the Apple agreement included 4g. I'm still worried that the per quarter fee arrangement with Apple instead of a per device payment may adversely affect IDCC's ability to get per device payments from other vendors. It certainly appears to be hurting their royalty stream as Apple gains market share and the mfgs that IDCC has licensed on a device basis lose share.
