I would really like for someone to explain to me this post I am responding to here. How is it in the March 8 PR the company says they are raising the AS from 500 M to 750 M because of merger possibilities and convertible reserve requirements, when in fact, a week prior to the issuance of that PR, the company was already over the 500 M limit at 520 M and yet no mention of that was given in the pr.

I just have to shake my head when I read stuff like that.
