Dave you know what is really funny about that PR...and I just realized this. And goes to show you what absolute BS this company can spew. But what is the date on that PR? March 8. What did the recent filing say the OS was on March 1? 520 M. What does it say in that pr about why they need to raise the AS? It says it needed to because of a potential merger, and for this convertible reserve requirement correct? That is complete and utter BS. They needed to raise the AS because they were already 20 M over the 500 M limit they had previously set! But no one here knew that of course, we all assumed because the PR even mentions it that the OS was around 230-250 M. That PR was a cover for the fact they had diluted the OS past its 500 M limit, from around 175 M on November 15, to 520 M on March 1. Or a 300% increase in 3 and a half months! That is next to impossible to do unless you almost wanted to do it on purpose!


See? It is stuff like that that absolutely tells me this company has not changed in the least. That entire PR was bogus!
