What is even funnier is the Headline of that Pr on March 8 reads RTG Ventures Share Structure Requirements for 2012 to Enhance Shareholder Value.

Enhance shareholder value? At the time of that PR, the OS was OVER 520 M. Let that sink in for a second. OVER 520 MILLION up from 175 M from last November. Of course no one here knew that. The stock has sunk 95 in 3 months due to this dilution, and they write a PR saying they are increasing shareholder value? I mean, is that some kind of joke? Who or what can we trust here David?
