It makes no difference whether they are or not. If Nok is claiming that none of its standards compliant products infringe the IDCC IPR and footing the bill to prove it, it makes no sense for a major OEM to license. All they have to do is reserve contingent liability funds each quarter and watch. The only thing that would change their position is IDCC joining them in the Delaware action for infringement. Does IDCC wish to take on all unlicensed OEM's at this time?
