IARO having the "business license expire" with no renewal YET is a perfect lure to leave out to find cheap shares - IF this Reverse Merger is actually to happen....

IARO has no license to continue business, but why would they ? IARO is in fact a DTC eligible ticker which previous officers could EASILY CONVERT THEIR CURRENT PRIVATE COMPANY TO PUBLIC WITH THE FLICK of a $1250 SWITCH !!!

I believe we may hear something in the next 3-4 weeks as it will mark 6months when this activity occured...
