Interesting KNIGHT CAPITAL acquired >15% this 2011...

May,2011 filing Rule 13d-1(b)was 41.5m
(=14.33% of O/S ) shares with KNIGHT CAPITAL :

Then another 800k to KNIGHT as well:

$1.75 in Jan 2009 when only talking about $5m deal.
Remained around 50 cents all the way till May 2009.

Looking forward to understanding the volume yesterday, and if truly revolves the Boeing $18B deal.
