Why MMs have IARO shares "locked up"???
Why would MMs like MAXM, CSTI, and CGRD have their shares "locked up" with ASK of .10, .25, and .25 ???

Why are there still 46m on the BID, and 53m on the ASK ?

IARO is still CURRENT, and have not been allowed to fall to DTC lock for "trade for trade" which so many others have fallen to. This prevent all from any buying or starting a position - only SELLS allowed which eliminates any UP pressure=no rise in PPS.

IARO showed ZERO average volume for 18 Months, and then :
11/15/11 : 579m
11/16/11 : 68m
11/17/11 : 27m
11/18/11 : 15m
12/07/11 : 108m
01/26/12 : 83m
Thats 880m of the 1.75b current Authorized Shares
With 90% "showing" as BUYS.
Who now owns 50.29% of the A/S ???

What triggered anyone to buy more than half the A/S ???
