The shareholders have no right to expect retribution. I am so tired of hearing about those wanting the SEC to bail them out of their own mistakes.

I was thinking the same thing. SEC punishes bad guy but does not give any retribution to shareholders.

The shareholders who invested in this stock deserved what they got. They based their decisions on greed not sound principles. Worse than that they enticed others to follow them based only on the trust they shared with each other. This stock was an obvious stock scam from the very beginning and anyone who gambled their money based on zero positive DD deserves to lose their stake.

Investing is an endeavor based on risk, it is up to the individual to weigh the risk before spending his/her money. If it fails it is the risk takers responsibility, not the scammers, not the governments, not anyone else. All you people who have lost your money on this obvious scam need to suffer your losses (those with integrity will reimburse those they led astray) and LEARN from the experience. Don't expect someone to come along and bail you out, you don't have anything coming.
