Don't agree with all of that. Buying a penny stock always is very risky because it is always early in the game and we are buying based on potential not facts that there will be success. There was a stage in RCCH's history when its potential was looking pretty good. IWS was a real company with product that could be successful. Gene blew it. But there was a time period that it was not as you say "an obvious scam". Some did buy this totally driven by greed but some bought after real DD (which is always lacking at that stage), I know I did. I did not buy into the many companies lie but did think IWS had potential. It had a history or real business and looked like it could grow that business.

Secondly you say "it is up to the individual to weigh the risk before spending his/her money" (I agree) and then "those with integrity will reimburse those they led astray" That second comment negates the first. We all were lead astray but each is responsible for taking the risk of buying a cheap stock before its business is proven. But the guilty one is Gene for how he intentionally mislead us many times and in many ways.
