I was thinking the same thing. SEC punishes bad guy but does not give any retribution to shareholders. Their actions will not help us directly. This is such a pathetic mess. And Gene has been doing nothing of consequence for years to turn it around.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
