The Molejon detour is the road that leads directly to Petaquilla's mining operations from Coclesito? Is that the case?

The copper mine will eventually be access by a separate road from Coclesito, correct? Is there a decent map of the roadways existing, planned and under construction? The best I can find is on page 7 of Inmet's March summary and that map leaves quite a bit to be desired.
