ProUBRG - The last 10k was on time. You can file an extension which they did...and then they filed the 10k on time. In an e-mail from the company I was told that all 2012 filings would be on time. Agree with you on the R/S not being a good thing for this stock. What % is needed to get it passed? If you don't know then don't say s/h won't have an effect on the vote because you don't know. I would love to see a profit this quarter as well.
