Significant profit will take care of anyones worries about UBRG.
I was tickled that someone said they were striving for timely SEC reporting. . . wonder where that came from? There hasn't been any 10 - K on time - ever. A 10 - Q might have accidently been on time, but I don't think that was caused by management. JMO.

You can put all the lipstick you want on the pig, it doesn't change the fact that profit is required. Dilution will kill this pig. The vast majority of companies that are put on a DTC chill go on to a DTC Global Lock if they get on DTC's radar for 3 years after coming off a DTC chill.

While I certainly want UBRG to soar into the stratosphere, pretending like everything is hunky dory will only lull management into a false sense that the investors are happy. Well, I am not. After being in this thing for 5 years, significant profit is the only thing that will save UBRG.

Oh, and by the way, somebody said something about shareholders have to approve before a reverse split. . . who do you think has the majority of the shares (votes)? All totaled, managment has the majority of the outstanding shares. So, whaddaya think is gonna happen? Whatever they want to happen. Hopefully they will realize that a r/s is not in the best interest of the company and all the shareholders. Increasing proce per share without dilution/contraction is possible by 1. significantly increasing profit, and 2. buying back all but about 400,000,000 of the 1 billion shares that are allocated. If the shares are worth more, they won't need as many to make deals with.

A reverse split is poison. . . and think about it, what would happen after a reverse split. . . pps goes up (for a while) till the money makers realize there is still no profit and the pps will come back down to the levels they are now (or worse). Very bad scenario all the way around - for UBRG, management and all shareholders.

No explosions happening anytime soon, unless profits get on this scene.

Oh, did I mention that significant profit is needed?

Nothing else really matters to us, the company or management.

I hope that message gets through to all of us.
