Wilma - with last year's reports being late because "the accountant went fishing", promises were made to be on time forevermore. And investors bought it, pps went up and then, of course, they were late. pps has not recovered since and has been in a tailspin. Filing for extensions, while permitted, are not seen as fulfilling the promises to be on time. No excuse for the last 10-K.
Don't get me wrong, I want this stock to go up, up, up! But I also have my eyes wide open. This stock has got to produce profits. All the lipservice they have given so far has done all it is gonna do for the pps.
So, please UBRG management, we are begging for profits, timely reporting, and avoiding a r/s like the plague. When they do this, then they can have creative license to play any way they like, but till then - make high profits = high pps, please.
Wilma, I am not bashing you or UBRG, I want us ALL to succeed, just wish management would come up with a plan to make that happen. And then make it happen.
