To be honest I think you have it backwards. I think they will utilize an electronic process and then just ask the teacher to verify the information. Especially at the higher education levels it could help slow down truancy because it could catch an individual leaving. I do agree that they will need verification from the teacher but I can see them using thi type of system to help the teacher spend less time with admin and more time teaching their students.
