There qualifactions is why Guyer requested the public hearing in 2010 and why he came down on wally and his associates in that meeting in front of the board so that it would be known and recorded,Guyer even told the board that he and his associates had the proper degrees and certifications and wally and his associates were lacking the proper qualifactions, burk was there ask him this is why some here got upset with Guyer...But it is all recorded I like that perfect evidence to take to court...GO CGFIA
