Wally sent out the letter to cover his as$. But the larger issue is the extension to june. That in my opinion is completely uncalled for. If they are are unable to handle this type of information( Milling Permits), (Which is their job BTW) in the AM-03 as of April. What changed all of a sudden. If they are unqualified now they were also unqualified back in March, February, January and for that matter DECEMBER 16TH 2010.

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
