Not sure I understand what is going on with delays. I have to ask myself if these are reasonable delays. If not, then I have to wonder if "someone" is being paid to manufacture delays. The next question is who benefits from "manufactured" delays. I'm long Cgfia and hope I'm on the wrong track with these thoughts
