Yes Waterloo is not the federal government and they don't forgive debt unless of course they were the ones that breached the contract by not producing and shipping the orders from Eternal Image.

Everyone is quick to jump on the concept that EI is at fault here when they don't know the details of what really went down. Did it ever cross anyone's mind that Waterloo may have just been trying to squeeze EI by not shipping the products so that they could get the license agreements on the cheap.

There are always two sides to every story unless the minds of some are so closed that they refuse to look at events from different perspectives.
