Based on El's well documented track record of stiffing their suppliers, vendors, associates, etc, it's my opinion that they once again followed their standard business procedure and failed to pay Waterloo for product produced. That would explain to those with an open mind, why Waterloo refuses to ship additional product.

Past performance nearly always predicts future behavior.

would you tell/show the board where there is a contract between waterloo and EI regarding producing and shipping anything EI orders????? or conditions that were breached????
