I don't understand your reasoning.

The WORKING CAPITAL LOAN AGREEMENT dated April 30, 2011, and signed by Clint, already reflected three loans ("cash advances") to Eternal Image totaling $104,300.00.

EI doesn't owe them that money? Waterloo isn't the Federal Government.....they don't forgive debt....they go to court to get judgement for repayment. It's the American Way.
