You brought up points that I didn't consider and that is unsatisfied guests pointing a finger at Host and local businesses who invested in advertising.....which is why I do believe there is at least a contract for Philly.

The thing that bothers me is that I don't think Host cares at all if Tivus survives...maybe they even want it to fail. Tivus goes bankrupt and then the technology stays in Philly for free? I don't know.....it is the finer details of the relationship between Host and Tivus that everyone wants to know about.

Holding that CC last August and announcing Host called Tivus into a meeting 4 months early to execute a multi-year, multi-million dollar contarct and the actions of Tivus since then is what I "bellyache" about and I believe I have valid reasons to state my frustrations. SP has NOT been open with shareholders...or at least has been misleading at best about his openness. Dilution comes with calculated moves that destroy shareholder value, and now it seems like SP used a couple decent men for another round of massive dilution.

So I state my frustrations due to actions committed by SP. He is deserving of the criticism he is getting from shareholders. I hope the contract is announced soon because it is going on 8 months since that infamous CC. Spock, different shareholders have different opinions concerning SP and Tivus but one thing that is undeniable IMO is that those opinions are greatly affected by ones entry point into this stock. I am very unhappy with the performance of Tivus but I still believe in this company. I am frustrated because of the changes in the share structure and actions by SP. I should not be ridiculed by investors who got in with 3 zeros after the decimal point and can not relate because they have not experienced the misleading statements and massive changes in the share structure.....to me that is not doing proper DD before launching an attck that is personal on another investor. It is all relative. I'm not here attacking investors because they bought in at a much lower share price....if anything I wish I could have lucked out like them. Switch shoes and the opinions change....I guarantee that. Sorry for the rant but Spock was always a great listener. LOL
