I think your point is completely valid and I am glad you saw fit to "rant". I am not merely listening, either. Every post I see here teaches me something. appreciate your post and I encourage you to continue. I must believe at some point, the words on forums populated by shareholders find their way to the board. This can't be a bad thing. Well done.

The thing that bothers me is that I don't think Host cares at all if Tivus survives...maybe they even want it to fail. Tivus goes bankrupt and then the technology stays in Philly for free? I don't know.....it is the finer details of the relationship between Host and Tivus that everyone wants to know about.



Just wanted to interject here. If a company goes bankrupt (and I have fortunately not experienced this), I'd assume that they would liquidate the equipment since Tivus technically owns the equipment. Regardless, they would NOT want to be running on technology that has NO support if anything went down!!!! That would be any manager's nightmare. They would probably would have to plop down a HUGE chunk of $$$ to buy Lodgenet, Guestek, Roomlinx, or w/e solution they would go with (and probably pay a penalty for getting it rushed into the hotel).

Just my thoughts from being in the field.

You are way off. They did not get in this deal hoping there vendor goes broke. They are not in this business and do not want to be. One of the lamest comments I have seen. Lol. WOof.
