The Question is Notwhether having a DTCC 'Chill' on a CUSIP has an influence on the transferability of shares from one registration to another, the REAL question is whether or not Victory Partners was pre-cognizant of the chill disabling the TEMN Emperial Americas deal, prior to them releasing the Jan. 5 8-k.

It was the Jan. 5 8-k that brought on the grift. Meanwhile both entities were signing contracts and exchanging promissory notes with another entity, without releasing so much as a mouse fart to the existing shareholders of the TEMN shares.

After the 03/19/2012 8-k release, Emperial Americas released updated PR ... the next goddamned day.
