People should simply HOLD and WAIT. Victory has good plans for this,
and there shall be vast Reward to patient Shareholders.

Why all the recriminations, bitterness, finger-pointing,
and squandered outrage here?

There is, frankly, no "blame" to be assessed. The Deal just
simply did not work-out, due to factors and circumstances
entirely unforeseen by even the very-best here.

Big Deal. So ONE situation didn't work-out. THERE WILL BE ANOTHER.
We KNOW that Victory isn't going to walk-away or just sit on it
and let it wither-on-the-vine.

Just WAIT a few weeks/months, and Victory will come-up with
ANOTHER GOOD COMPANY to place into TEMN.

This whole scenario and circumstance, as of today, is quite
clear and rather simple to perceive, acknowledge, and appreciate.

It just needs to play-out, now. AND IT SHALL.
