Well..at least an intelligent answer..however, I followed up on the fda meeting live yesterday, where Adam F was providing the updates in a live basis. The focus on the small group was very strong with at least 4 panel members trying to swing the vote to negative. Yes I agree the FDA had worked closely with TLON and establish such parameters but the results of survival were not impressive. It was calculated at 2 months survival increase but none of the patients were there to truly testify as most had already died. Then it was the issue of quality of life vs increased survival and it seemed that Marquibo had more side effects during its treatment course meaning that yes it does prove the 2 month survival increase but at the expense of a longer poorer quality of life during treatment. Think about it. Let's say your life expectancy is 6 months. What would you prefer 6 months of at least less side effects and a more peaceful enjoyable last 6 months; or 8 months of life with the caveat of stronger side effects. It's a difficult proposition in my view. However, I do agree that it presents a run up opportunity but I genuinely think this will go lower first..at least to the 0.50's
