Good point on Mackie not being able to excuse away ANOTHER APS pump on a company he is involved with.


I am wondering if SNPK was given some sort of a choice by FINRA - to PR about the volatility and Promo or risk a suspension by the SEC?

There were other companies that involved Dan Ryan and Eric where they put out a press release denying any knowledge of a promotion and volatility of the stock. I will try to find them.
