dig....good post. I would like to hear SKS address the ramp up in hiring altogether. If we got included in a multi-year contract with the Govt for several hundred million I guess everyone would instantly change their perceptions about Wave. But it always seems a mystery with Wave. Maybe they are in a catch 22 having to play everything close to the vest. I understand that. I would like to see some new blood on the BoD on this next round. It is time for more change here imo. And I think a strong COO should be running the day to day business with a focus on generating shareholder value for the investors and performance tied to metrics. You have to agree what a juvenile mistake to schedule a cc before the numbers are officially signed off. If that happened at my company heads would roll like real quick. I agree with others that Wave management must see the future and adapt to it in advance and equip themselves with the right organizational setup to prepare for and to execute for success. If Wave can't make this change then perhaps they should focus on a ramp up to sell down the road in a year or so. I just don't see how they can continue to operate in the same way as a management team. They need to shake free of the gridlock and adapt toward the changes needed imo.
