lluvbbs, several things going on similtaniously. Sure he coulld settle for 2 mil for damages to him and the company, in return for whatever, ie no persuing criminal charges. could wave criminal, but not civil. ect ect ect.
However, we as shareholders still have the issue of MM's selling counterfit shares to us. they will have a responsibility to make us whole, if they have to buy up and down the street to do so, then so be it.
Bottom line, the mm's and our brokers have a feduciary responsibility to sell us a "real" product. Granted the mm's often will just short the life out of a company to protect their short position and avoid ever having to pay up.
However that is not the case here, we are not talking about short, we are talking about fraud, and incompetence. Very different situation. Not to mention that they are still trading this, with the knowledge that tthere is a conflict in existance.
Would not even begin to guess where this will go, but we will see some serious return on our investment, in my opinion.
