Hey folks, tonight someone re-posted the PR from back on Aug 1st.
In that pr came the following sentences "Attempts to agree to compensation of $2,000,000 for damages have foundered on the issue of criminal liability. The company accepted $50,000 as a partial payment to cover initial investigation expenses and as part of an overall settlement for damages."

A thought is occuring to me right now that we may all be screwed in a way. Am I inturpreting the sentence and subsequent $50K payment as Mr. Megas HAS accepted 2 million dollars (in principal discussion) as a FAIR value for the millions of forged shares and by his accepting the $50K HAS LOCKED all of us shareholders into the settlement. What I am trying to understand here is let's say that Mr Megas accepts the 2 million as compensation. If that is the case, then all the forged shares will just be turned in and the MM's will be issued an equal number of current and valid shares. And if this is the case, yes, our company here will will have a net worth of 2 million higher than it is now and that will reflect in the PPS but I am terrified to think of the dilution that would come about where we originally had 5 million VALID shares and AFTER the senerio I mentioned above we would now be a company of lets say 200 million PLUS those original 5 million which would then add to 205 million shares O/S??
Please someone...serfdom, art, anyone tell me IF the senerio I am proposing is even possible or do to all the latest developements relative to the strength of this stock plus the potential for the RM, complete negate any and all settlement conversations that Mr. Megas had with the settlement parties.

TIA and GLTA
