Would not be surprised to see the financiers push this up to the 1.30 level in the coming weeks.. No doubt they rushed to close this financing deal (at a premium) before Focus's CEO starts pitching their supply potential to the USA government. They might decide to give them a massive supply agreement.

Securing large amounts of this "critical" material is of utmost importance to the US military, as well as several other industries... The sector hype has barely begun imo.
