Here in Spain I voted to approve the plan and grant releases over the phone with my broker for commons on the German exchange........Had no problems the last time around and not expecting any this time.Same process was used for my WAMPQs,which of course,are only traded in the USA.All shares are locked.

My US broker(Morgan Stanley Smith Barney)for my IRA account insisted that I fill out the ballot.....I did so and also,no problems......However,the shares still show up in my account with a value and same cusip.....I brought this up with my broker(US)and she said her back office(Corporate Actions)said all was OK and under control.I also have an email from her confirming this....

I think I'm allright......
