Hey Spec,

My only concern as a CHRI shareholder is how the deal is structured. Not so much how much we, yes we, HBRM shareholders are compensated. I'm more concerned about how the deal is paid for. I don't want to see a bunch of CHRI shares issued to pay for it. I'd rather see them pay cash. Honestly, I'm in HBRM for the short term and because of the deal.
