We understand that those with large CHRI holdings would not like to see much of a premium paid to HBRM shareholders for their company, but that is something out of the control of both CHRI and HBRM shareholders.

It's of course up to the management of both companies as to what premium will be paid.

I think we can all assume that with a 100% acquisition by CHRI, the HBRM pps will be much higher than it currently is and with only a partial acquisition, the HBRM pps will also be much higher than it currently is because of a better future outlook.

In other words, "HBRM is primed for a big move".



My posted comments are only my considered opinion based on the reality as I see it and I never take advice from those following a pack of wolves hunting for their next meal.
