So we understand where the selling is coming from, people who sell on fear and create a path way for MM to dominate and stock.

I don't know any company who does not issue shares to manage growth and development, larger organizations call it secondary offerings. If the shares they are issuing benefit those of us that are long, then they have my support.

I see company with nothing to show for issuing stock all day long with billions in O/S, yet people trade them. This company has less than 500ml O/S and with 4 different business operation and people call that dilution?

I think this management has been conservative compared to most pennies with the number of O/S and I believe this is the first Q that I will actually seen them releasing that many shares on the market. Then you look at what they are doing (that we know) and it makes sense, somebody got to pay for development of WetWinds right?
