You agree this is what they are doing. Sure, it's a great business decision if you're ECDC and selling stock for cash.
But as an investor, debt and debt-reduction by dilution doesn't really help me. It just points to a new low pps. Buying and averaging down is not a great business decision for me.
I'm not crying foul play. But I think ECDC buyers would be fools to not understand what is happening here. Sure, the company needs the money and COULD break out with a hit product. But right now the only thing they have been successfully selling is stock. But I'd think very hard before believing I was investing in a company with real products just yet.
I have already made a profit on the volatility, and that may be where the money is to be made. Right now my small position held is just chips on a roulette table.
