gigwoof- It was not Sir Offor that dumped into awards. Where do you get any proof that he is dumping at all?

Does he still have to report/file with the SEC now that the shares have been moved offshore? I don't know but I would think so or it seems many companies would do it. Perhaps the offshore move is related to the buyin and setting up of a subsidiary.

Your thoughts on this seem similar to what Mongo was saying months ago. I am not trying to piss you off but seriously Mongo has made similar statements and even mentioned the move to offshore well before it was announced. That post which I later ask him where he got his information and if he had anything more to add was was deleted.
