sllabxam and gigoff - What I don't understand, is the talk of Offshore Ownership of stocks and Naked Shorting etc.
In my neck of the woods, it dosn't matter if the buyer/seller of a stock is E Y Z, The Fronting Co., Normally a bank or Financial institution abroad; WILL HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE RULE OF REPORTING HOLDINGs ETC.....According to the Normal Rules, or they will be expulsed, or whatever U call it. They, after all ARE USING A LOCAL CO. and they ARE BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE !
Why, should that be so difficult in your place ???? What the Heck is the SHO-List for Anyway....BRVO hv been on it for more than (sorry) a Fornight or more... nothing happens ???
