Why wouldn't the company inform Investors Re:Patent filing

To me thats important news, It almost it skirts the edges of their fiduciary duty to inform investors. That was filed in Jan and theres NO excuse as to why they haven't informed us.

Mr. Simes has NOT been doing his job.
